Its may not be a movie but IMO the best Spider-Man universe death across all media is Aunt May's death in Spider-Man PS4. What makes this death so impactful and emotional is that its the encapsulation of the iconic "great power, great responsibility" line; where Peter (and Aunt May too) ultimately make the absolute selfless sacrifice.

Overall this is still a really good video, but at least personally even if I do kinda agree with some placements, it feels kinds weird judging a lot of them purely off of how bad you feel for them or how justified them dying is since that is kinda unfair for a lot of deaths that didn't mean to go for that angle. If anything I'd argue they should be ranked off how well they effected the plot/charicters, how effective they where in making the audience feel their intended emotion and the execution of set scene
